Starlifter Covenant is a new company with a history reaching back decades.
Starlifter honors the Lockheed C-141 Starlifter—the aircraft on which founder Don Chupp began his aviation career in the United States Air Force. Built around readiness, reliability, and the ability to move people and resources wherever circumstances required, the aircraft represents principles that remain relevant to the company today.
Years later, the name reappeared unexpectedly. After Chupp founded the world’s first business aviation emergency response firm and relocated the company to Dover, Delaware, its headquarters came to be located on Starlifter Avenue - connecting the name once again to a career devoted to aviation and emergency response.
Covenant carries the more important meaning. It is a promise: to remain prepared, responsive, compassionate, ethically responsible, and always worthy of the trust clients place in us.
